Sample Capabilities
With years of sewing experience, our sample department can create highly accurate, production-ready samples in a very short time. Utilizing a multi-head, dual-axis sample table, programmable tackers and other advanced cutting & sewing equipment, we build these samples to scale well in production, reducing cost for our customers.
Sewn Packaging Expertise
Industrial sewing is a skilled trade, where speed and accuracy can take months if not years to develop. Tuff Cover benefits from an incredibly loyal workforce, most of whom have been with us for quite a while. The average tenure of our office staff is over 15 years. Most of our production staff has been with us 5-10 years, with some here for more than 20! They are highly-skilled, very fast, and knowledgeable about the industry and the products they create.
